Terms of Service — QRCamp

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the QRCamp platform, dynamic redirection APIs, or customer dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Service & Service Level Agreement

QRCamp provides a software-as-a-service platform enabling multi-tenant dynamic URL routing, vector QR customization, and asynchronous campaign telemetry. We commit to commercially reasonable efforts maintaining 99.9% uptime across our redirection edge layers.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree not to configure dynamic redirection targets to malicious websites, deceptive phishing links, unapproved adult content, or unauthorized software downloads. QRCamp reserves the right to immediately suspend any short code or tenant account found in violation.

4. Subscriptions, Platform Fees & Billing

Paid subscription tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Base platform fees and transaction allocations are determined by your chosen plan tier and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QRCamp shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or physical barcode misprints.
